PARKING STUDIES

The mandatory minimum parking requirements imposed by authorities can be excessive in certain cases. Abiding by these requirements can make a development proposal unfeasible. We have an excellent track-record in successfully motivating for parking requirements to be relaxed. We have achieved this for various developments including:

  • Affordable housing

  • Apartment blocks

  • Student accommodation

  • Shopping and retail centres
